Last week I performed at the Mannequin Model pre-selection competition, it was in a huge mall and was alotta fun. There were some really cute kids who came up to me and told me they wanted to become a singer too. And I told them to practice alot, never give up, keep trying and put your heart in it. Trust me it's hard, and I don't really see my self as a singer yet, well I do but when someone asks me what I do I'm always hesitant to say "I'm a singer" cuz chances are they don't know me yet so I always awkwardly say, "I kinda try to sing" :p which doesn't really show how enthusiastic I am about it, but I really am very excited about all of it, and work very hard at it, I guess I just have high standards and won't stop and call myself a 'real' 'serious' 'successful' singer until well I am :p

Until that day comes, it's just all about never giving up and persevering... and of course believing in yourself.

My week

Performed at the stereo 03 event today, I really liked my outfit but my mom nearly didn't let me out of the house in it... for some reason she didnt like it :p

My failed cupcakes, Ok they look gross but I thought they tasted nice... My mom threw most of them away, what a waste!

I cooked the best risotto this week! I almost went to heaven when I tasted it, can't wait to make it again!
(I love hanging around the house in my bathrobe... I know, I'm weird... but it's just so soft!)

We're organizing this fun tour in May.... It's my band and I, and two other bands performing in several different towns, and people can vote for their favorite band to get them on a big festival stage this summer! 

I'll keep you guys updated and let u know when and where the shows will be, and when the voting starts ;-)

Delicious Vegetarian Lasagna

Tonight my sisters and I made this vegetarian lasagna and it was heaven, and super easy to make so I thought I'd share it with you all :-)
                                    

First dice and slice some zucchini, eggplant, and carrots

And not to forget some yummy garlic

Then cook all the veggies (cook the eggplant slices in a separate pan) + garlic + some butter and add some tomato sauce after a few minutes
(don't forget to boil the carrots before adding them in the pan)

While the tomato/veggie mixture is sizzling, whip together some cheese sauce

Layer everything into a big dish... a layer tomato mix, some lasagna pasta, some cheese sauce and not to forget the slices of eggplant and so on until the dish is full

Put some grated cheese to top it off and then slide it in the oven for 25 minutes (180°c)

And voila!
